Erin Gdovin MA LPC Associate, Supervised by Jeffrey Gallup, MA LPC-S NCC CFMHE

Erin Gdovin is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate* (LPC Associate) supervised by Jeffrey S Gallup MA LPC-S NCC CFMHE. She completed her Masters of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at Regent University. She completed her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Oral Roberts University.

Erin is a passionate marriage, family and individual counselor committed to the development and healing of her clients. Her experience is in helping those dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma, among other mental health concerns. She has aided couples, families, children, and teenagers through difficult life transitions and situations. Erin is trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy and uses Gottman therapy tools to help restore marital relationships.

For individuals, Erin uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build insight, effectively cope with life stressors and challenge self-defeating thoughts, beliefs and unwanted behaviors. Erin also has experience with parent-child conflict resolution and family systems counseling. Erin strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to facilitate growth and healing tailored to each individual’s needs. She invites each client to incorporate their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual beliefs and values into their therapeutic journey.

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys spending time with friends, volunteering at church and playing with and training her goldendoodle, Finley!
